By accessing the Boube site and using its services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

Boube publishes cybersecurity content (articles, playbooks, checklists). Some content is free, some is reserved for Premium members.

2. Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Any activity from your account is attributed to you.

3. Premium subscription

  • Pricing: shown on the Membership page, plus applicable taxes where relevant.
  • Billing: handled by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically each term (monthly or annual) until cancelled.
  • Cancellation: available at any time from the Stripe billing portal. Premium access remains active until the end of the period already paid.
  • Refunds: unless required by mandatory law, started periods are not refunded pro rata. [State your refund policy]
  • Consumer protection: in accordance with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, your rights to cancel contracts with sequential performance are preserved. [Complete the terms]

4. Intellectual property

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, nor to harm its security or integrity.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of continuous availability. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.
